Our 3 core beliefs

Everyone deserves a nice place to live if they are willing to and ableto take care of it.

Everyone deserves an opportunity to be a homeowner should they want to be and can afford it.

Someone paying $1000/month in rent, would much rather pay $1000/month to own.

core values

core values

Integrity

The quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness. It’s as SIMPLE as honoring GOD by doing the right thing at all times and in all circumstances, whether or not anyone is watching. It takes having the courage to do the right thing, no matter what the consequences will be. Building a reputation of Integrity takes years, but it takes only a second to lose. Never allow yourself to ever do anything that would damage your integrity.

Accountability

The fact or condition of being accountable; responsibility. Being responsible for your actions or non-action is instrumental to success. And being accountable to someone for those actions increases the likelihood of getting things done. Starting with us, we have committed to facilitating this within our organization and team.

Goal-oriented

A goal-oriented person or team works hard to achieve great results in the tasks they have been given. We strive to be goal-oriented individuals that are always improving and have a desire to be better. We want the same for our team. Therefore, we will commit to providing clearly defined goals and expectations.

Over-deliver

To deliver in excess of a nom, standard, or requirement. We don’t believe in being normal, average, standard, or whatever you may call it. Our job is to deliver an EXPERIENCE. We want everyone that does business with us to rave about how it is to do business with us.

Serve

Perform duties or services for (another person or an organization). This business was started for a reason. That reason was not to serve ourselves. It was to serve as many people as possible by providing solutions as well as opportunities through real estate. Our greatest Leader was also our greatest Servant.

The best way to describe Vaughn is as a serial entrepreneur.

He’s a very dedicated, focused, and hard-working person, with a real passion for Real Estate Investing.

He likes to work with driven and intelligent people who think outside the box, inside the box, and right on the edge of the box.

Vaughn moved to Greenville, SC from Lakeland, FL in 1998 to join the Furman University Men’s Soccer Team where he was a member of the most successful team in Furman Soccer history in 1999 and graduated with a degree in Health & Exercise Science.

She also holds certificates in Child Development and Child Safety.

Kristin has been married to her husband Henry for almost 17 years and they have two daughters, Bailee and Zoe, and one son named Cooper.

In her spare time, Kristin loves to spend time with her family playing games and having movie nights.

Her favorite places to be are at church, snuggled by a fire drinking coffee, or sitting on a cabin porch in the mountains.

Will Strickland

Acquisitions Manager

Will heads up our Acquisitions Sales Team and helps them acquire off-market properties.

Outside of his coworkers, he most enjoys getting to know our clients and finding creative ways to help each one in search of a win-win scenario for all parties.

Prior to joining our team, Will previously worked for 10 years in Denver, CO as a teacher and department head of a non-profit organization where he also built a craft coffee shop from the ground up.

Then, after moving to Greenville, he managed the Swamp Rabbit Cafe for 4 years.

Will holds a Bachelors in Music and Christian Education from Bryan College.

He has been married for almost 12 years to his amazing wife Erika and they have two beautiful children, Paxton and Finnley.

Will is a musician, artist, and lover of all things that bring beauty into this world be it food, interior design, architecture, or plants.

He enjoys hiking, kayaking, and simply enjoying a cup of coffee with a good friend.

Ben Earle

Acquisitions Specialist

Ben is a part-time Acquisitions Specialist and loves creating relationships with sellers to help them sell their properties.

His “day job” is as Campus Minister with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes at Furman University, his Alma Mater.

However, with an extensive sales background, Ben loves using his relationship-building skills in his spare time with REI Junkies.

Ben is the proud husband of Kelsey and father of five knuckleheads.

In the little extra time he has, Ben coaches basketball, flips houses, leads worship at church, builds furniture, supports Paladin Athletics, and wishes he could golf more.

Ben loves making new friends wherever he goes, so if you’re ever in the office, be sure to say hey!
